1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following situations:

  • You received a damaged or leaking product
  • You received the wrong item (incorrect product or quantity)

To initiate a return, you must:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Returns will be accepted only if the product is:

  • Unused and unopened
  • Returned in its original packaging with the seal intact

2. No Refund Policy

Please note:

  • Refunds are not issued under any circumstances
  • If your return is approved, we will offer a replacement of the same product or a voucher for future purchases (only if applicable)
  • We may request return shipping of the product in some cases. In such cases, the shipping cost will be covered or reimbursed by us

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or opened products
  • Items returned after 48 hours of delivery
  • Products purchased during sales, promotions, or with discount codes
  • Items without original packaging or invoice

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement.
  • Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
