1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24–48 working hours after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

We work with leading courier companies like Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure fast and secure deliveries.
3. Delivery Time
- Punjab, Delhi, NCR – 2 to 4 working days
- Other metro cities – 4 to 6 working days
- Remote areas & villages – 5 to 8 working days
Note: Delivery timelines may vary during festivals, lockdowns, or bad weather conditions.
4. Shipping Charges
- Prepaid Orders: Free shipping on all orders ₹999 or above
- COD Orders: ₹299 additional COD charge
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an SMS/WhatsApp/email with a tracking link.

6. Undelivered or Lost Orders
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or non-availability, reshipping charges will apply.
For lost shipments, we will reship or refund after courier confirmation.
7. Damaged Products During Shipping
If your product is damaged in transit, share an unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery to claim a replacement.
