4. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

• Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product is delivered and opened.
  
• However, if you receive a damaged, expired, or wrong product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear unboxing video proof.
  
• In such cases, we will issue a replacement or partial refund based on the situation.
